5. What else can I do to help myself before visiting the dealer?

Prior to visiting a dealership we suggest that you thoroughly research the models and brands that you are interested in. Get a copy of your credit score and correct any mistakes. Our process begins when you are ready to buy, not when you just start to look. As a consumer, you need to educate yourself on the options available to you. You should have an idea of your price range, what payment is reasonable for that range and what features are important to you in this purchase. There are many tools available either online or through Consumer Reports that rate reliability and quality of the vehicles. The more educated you are as a consumer, the less that the sales team will be able to intimidate you.

6. I know that your program guides me through the negotiation process with the dealer. Does your program also provide guidance on financing and all the traps there?
We have an entire section of our e-Book on the financing process that covers it from beginning to end. Our program includes worksheets that you can take with you to the dealership. We also cover trade-ins and both new and used car transactions.

7. Tell me about the guarantee.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, if our program doesn’t save you money on the purchase and financing of your vehicle, we will refund your money. You have sixty days to request a refund, no questions asked.
